How to submit contributed talks and posters
It is possible to present a contributed talk, consisting of a 20-minute
presentation followed by a 5-minute discussion, or a contributed poster
(guidelines and examples).
If you intend to present a contribution, please send an extended
abstract of two pages, in PostScript or PDF format, specifying whether
you intend to submit it as an oral communication or a poster.
The web form for submission of abstracts both for oral and poster
presentations becomes available after
registering and
logging in as a
participant.
The deadline for submission is March 20, 2006. Abstracts are reviewed by
the Program Committee. The Program Committee makes the final decision
whether a paper will be presented as oral or as poster presentation.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book-of-Abstracts.
Notification of acceptance is not later than April 15, 2006.
The abstracts to be presented for a contribution have to be in the
following format.
Since many authors asked about a template for the digest, we
decided to propose the following template
However, if you already prepared your contribution to SCEE 2006, you are allowed to send us the file as it is, and we will do the formating for the conference book of abstracts.
Length for contributed talk: 1 or 2 pages.
Conference Proceedings
In addition to the Book of Abstracts, a separate book with the
Conference Proceedings will be published. Full papers will be reviewed
by the Program Committee for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
For acceptance, no distinction will be made between oral and poster
presentations.
Both a printed and an electronic version of the full papers must be
ready to be submited at the start of the conference.
